By engaging Prudent Weddings for wedding planning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include wedding planning, coordination, vendor management, and related consultation services.

2. Payment Terms

Payment schedules vary by service package. Full planning services require a 50% deposit upon contract signing, with remaining balance due 30 days before the wedding date. Day-of coordination requires full payment 14 days prior to the event.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the wedding date receive a 75% refund. Cancellations within 90 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 30 days of the wedding date.

4. Liability Limitations

Prudent Weddings' liability is limited to the total contract value. We are not responsible for vendor performance, weather conditions, venue issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Intellectual Property

All planning materials, designs, and concepts created by Prudent Weddings remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York State. These terms are governed by New York State law.
